The technology we work on combines many engineering domains coming together to develop our products namely Mechanical, Electronic, Optics, Embedded systems and Software. Our SPM or Special Purpose Systems or Microscopes combine all these fields. For example, our P 5. 0A needs a Camera and optics to capture images, mechanical and electronics for Position control etc.
We have different software standards for different verticals such as for Automobile industries ISO 16232 and VDA-19 standard is used for cleanliness report, for Hydraulic oil patch analysis ISO 4406 and 4407 standards are used for pharmaceutical industries USP 788 along with D Values is used, for Paint and pigment industries the standard changes so does for cement clinker analysis, Life science, Metal Powders, Paint and Pigments etc., We have developed many standards, and we will be adding more criteria to the systems as we design.
